CrediLift provides the following assistance services:

• Tax Refund Assistance: Help with preparing and organizing documentation for tax refund claims
• Government Benefit Assistance: Guidance on eligibility and application processes for various government programs
• Credit/Loan Applications: Facilitation of personal loan applications with various lending partners

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a legal US resident
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Have legal authority to enter into binding agreements

4. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Not submit false or fraudulent applications
• Not use the service for any illegal purposes
• Keep your contact information up to date
• Respond promptly to requests for additional information

5. Loan Application Terms

Security Deposit

For credit/loan applications, a security deposit may be required before fund disbursement. The security deposit amounts are:

• Basic Plan ($500 - $10,000): $197 security deposit
• Premium Plan ($10,000 - $50,000): $394 security deposit
• Elite Plan ($50,000 - $100,000): $788 security deposit

No Guarantee of Approval

Submission of an application does not guarantee approval. All applications are subject to review and approval based on various factors. We reserve the right to decline any application.

6. Fees and Payments

Certain services may require fees. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before you commit to any paid service. Payment terms will be provided at the time of service.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CREDILIFT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data
• Costs of obtaining substitute services
• Any damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CrediLift and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any false or misleading information you provide

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property on our platform are owned by or licensed to CrediLift. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
